Getting started
Quick start
Upload your product documents, confirm your positioning and start a growth cycle. Your first publishing kit can be ready the same day.
Before you begin
- Gather your product documents: a product overview, selling points, past content, whatever you have. Supported formats are .md, .txt, .docx, .pdf and .doc.
- Make sure your current space has credits. To start Content Marketing, you need at least 490 credits available. New personal accounts get trial credits; see Credits and billing.
- Publish Assistant needs Chrome or Edge.
Your first cycle in five steps
Create a project
In Project management, click New project, choose a market and enter a brand name. For subscribers, the product description, target audience and brand voice are looked up and filled in, and platforms are suggested for the brand. Each project covers one market in one language.
Import documents
Open Positioning, go to the Brand documents tab and upload your product documents. Each file can be up to 20 MB. Scans and image-only documents can’t be read.
Generate and adopt the profile
Click Generate profile and the Positioning Analyst writes your positioning profile. Review it, then click Adopt. Your project is now ready.
Run Market Insights
In Market Insights, enter your seed keywords and the competitors to watch, then click Start research. The Growth Director plans topics from the short version of the report.
Start Content Marketing
In Content Marketing, choose your platforms and video format, then click Start. The pipeline waits for your decision at checkpoints such as Creative review and Final cut review, and delivers a publishing kit when it’s done.
