Publishing and reviews
Publish Assistant
A browser extension that opens each platform’s upload page using the accounts you’re already signed in to and fills in the video, title and copy. You press publish.
What it does
- Supported platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels, Bilibili, Kuaishou, Weibo.
- Checks whether you’re signed in to each platform, and shows Sign in where you aren’t.
- Fills in the video, title, description and hashtags on each platform’s upload page.
- Uses the accounts already signed in to your browser and never collects your social media passwords.
Install
Download the extension
The first time you click Publish this one, follow the prompt to download the extension package and unzip it. Keep the unzipped folder: deleting it breaks the extension.
Run the installer
On a Mac, double-click Mac installer开始安装.command; on Windows, double-click Windows installer开始安装.bat. Chrome’s extensions page and the extension folder open automatically. If you use Edge, open Install guide安装说明.html and copy the address of the extensions page from there.
Load the extension
On the Chrome or Edge extensions page, turn on Developer mode, click Load unpacked and select the extension folder.
Check the connection
Go back to the dashboard, refresh the page and click Check again to confirm the connection.
Use it
Open Publish Assistant
In the publishing kit, click Publish this one.
Choose platforms
Select the platforms you want. For any you’re not signed in to, click Sign in first.
Sync to platforms
Click Sync to platforms. The assistant opens each platform’s upload page in turn and fills in your content.
Check and publish
Check the content on each platform’s page, then press publish yourself.
Adding post links
On TikTok and YouTube, the post link is added automatically after you publish. If another platform’s link can’t be retrieved, the dashboard shows Published · link to add and you need to add it in the publishing kit.
Platform notes
- When filling in Instagram or Facebook, the assistant brings that tab to the front. Stay on it until filling is done.
- Douyin and Bilibili may ask for SMS verification when you publish. That’s the platform’s own security check, so follow its prompts.
- If a platform opens twice, you have two copies of the assistant installed. Keep only one on the extensions page.
- If something isn’t filled in completely, copy the post details from the publishing kit and finish it by hand.
