Publishing and reviews

Learning Log

What the agents learn from reviews and feedback, filed into rooms by topic, each marked with how sure it is and where it came from. You can approve, rewrite, turn off or move any of it.

Agent memory

Learning Log is a group in the left menu with three pages: Agent memory, Growth journal and Needs your review. On Agent memory, the room directory sits on the right and can collapse to a column of icons.

Overview is a notebook page where the agent tells you, in the first person, what it remembers. Click any line to jump to that entry. Memory is filed into four rooms: Brand, Audience, Market and platforms and Creative. Creative splits further into angles, hooks, structure, visuals, closing and CTA, and titles and copy.

Brand, Audience and Market and platforms open with a read-only fact card from your positioning and market insights; edit those on their own pages. In every room, a status bar counts the entries in each status, and the entries are grouped by status, with a platform and format filter. Open an entry to see its one-line instruction for the agents, its scope, its readers (the agents that read it), its expiry date and its evidence by platform, split into followed, outperformed and underperformed.

Statuses

Must follow
A rule you set. The agents always follow it, and data never turns it off automatically.
Proven
Published results show it works.
Worth trying
Not yet checked against published results.
Underperforming
Followed before with weak results, but the sample is still too small to be conclusive.
Didn’t work
Published results contradict it.
Needs your OK
It touches on positioning or brand promises, so no agent gets it until you approve it.
Turned off, expired
No longer given to the agents. These sit under Put away at the bottom of the directory, where you can restore one or change its expiry date in its details. An entry replaced by a rewrite stays only in the change history of the entry that replaced it.

Review and manage

  • Approve or reject. The number next to Needs your review in the menu is how many items are waiting. Entries that touch positioning, brand promises or efficacy claims are approved or rejected there, and rejecting one requires a reason. No agent gets them until you approve them.
  • Keep or turn off. Rules the data doesn’t support are listed in Needs your review too, and you decide whether to keep or turn off each one.
  • Rewrite, turn off or restore. You can rewrite or turn off active entries, and restore ones that were turned off. You can also set an expiry date.
  • Move to another room. If an entry is in the wrong room, use Move to… in its details. The room only decides where it shows on the page, not which agents read it.
  • Growth journal. Every entry written down, rewritten, turned off or moved, with the reason, listed day by day, along with what published results proved or disproved. Counts for the last 30 days sit on the right.
