Content Calendar
Publishing and production share one calendar, so you can see what posts when, when to start making it and how many rounds your credits cover.
Publishing view and production view
- Publishing view
- The default. Content sits on its publish date: published, ready to post, in production, waiting for you and past the suggested time all appear here, and days with nothing planned show dashed slots.
- Production view
- Content sits on the day to start making it, answering what to work on today and over the next few days. Finished work fades out and notes the day it is for.
The two views are the same content laid out two ways, so nothing appears twice on one screen. Switching is available only in the 7-day view; month and list show publishing only. Platform and direction filters apply to both.
Slots
A slot is an open spot Feimore AI sets aside based on your credits and the scheduling suggestions. It isn’t content yet. Slots are recalculated from current progress every time you open the calendar: work already started is unaffected, and nearby slots roll forward with the date.
- Suggested
- A dashed box that shows the last day you can start and still make the date. The production view shows Starts later instead.
- Tight
- Not enough lead time left, so start today.
- Needs credit
- Grey. The slot belongs on your cadence but your credits can’t cover it yet. It fills in once you add credits.
- Add a round
- Opens that direction with the slot’s target publish date filled in. Once you start, the round takes the matching slots and the rest stay put.
Scheduling suggestions
Feimore AI weighs your target market, audience and enabled platforms to judge how well each of the next two weeks suits publishing, and suggests posting times per platform. Slots land on the better days first. The best days carry Suggested priority day and holidays carry Holiday.
- Click Scheduling details to see each day’s score, what it’s based on and what still needs checking. Scores show relative preference; they don’t predict results.
- Holidays are the model’s judgement and are marked to verify. Dates that move each year, such as Easter, Ramadan, Lunar New Year or a retailer’s own sale days, and bank holidays moved at short notice, especially need your own check.
- The basis is labeled as model inference, general reference or account performance. Your own results are used only once enough published content has built up.
- Suggestions refresh weekly on their own, cost no credits and need no manual refresh. If the model is unavailable, nothing is made up: the calendar still works, just without priority days or suggested times.
Credits and filling the plan
The number of slots depends on the space’s available credits: the summary row says how many more rounds your credits cover, and tasks in progress are counted first. Only credits that haven’t expired count, next month’s allowance doesn’t, and the calendar tells you when a refresh is close.
Videos waiting to be scheduled
Videos generated earlier but not yet published are listed under Needs scheduling. Drag one onto a dashed slot to schedule it; it doesn’t spend creative credits again. A video can’t be dropped on a slot whose platform or window doesn’t match.
